Parking
-
Parking on Lexington is free after 6 pm, there’s a small “honor” lot next to Downtown Books across the street from us, & the public Rankin Garage is one block to the west. The first hour is free. After the first hour, the rate is $0.75 per hour. You will be charged $0.75 for each fraction of an hour. So if your ticket to enter reads 6:30 pm, and you exit at 8:31 pm, you would get the first hour (to 7:30) free, then you would be charged $0.75 for the hour from 7:30 to 8:30, and another $0.75 for the one minute into the next hour, so it would cost $1.50. The automated booths are set up to take Visa & MasterCard.

What with our inability to control weather, the global economy, import operations & our suppliers, our wine lists are subject to rapid, unplanned revisions. Changes in any list—varietal, winery, price and/or vintage—may occur in the actual list at Bouchon before we update them here.

Domaine Gabriel Billard Pinot Noir Bourgogne Rouge 2006
This 100% Pinot Noir has a beautiful jewel-like color, & its warm, delicate fragrance hints of cherries. A light-bodied wine with good fruit & structure, allowing it to stand up nicely to a meal, yet elegant enough to sip on its own.
gl 10.75 btl 41 -
In Fine Côtes du Ventoux 2006
(koht deu vawn-too) Grenache(70%) & Syrah(30%) grapes comprise this medium-bodied wine. It exhibits aromas of red berries, spice & a slightly licorice-violet note. Look for ripe fruit flavors, especially plum notes, accented with a touch of spice & modest tannins.

Château du Trignon Côtes du Rhone 2006
(koht dew rohn) The Grenache (75%) and Syrah (25%) grapes for this wine are grown at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail within the Gigondas appellation. Aromas of ripe dark fruit & spice give way to a balanced & supple wine.

Michel Oliver Cuvée Clementine 2006
Grown in the heart of the Luberon region, the Syrah (80%) & Grenache (20%) grapes show off the aromas & flavors of Provence. Blueberry, blackberry & other dark fruit flavors mingled with heady earthy, almost truffle-like notes highlight this full-bodied wine with solid structure on the finish.

Château de Lancyre Pic Saint-Loup 2004
Both Robert Parker & The Wine Spectator have called this the best district for wine within Languedoc, & this wine will not disappoint. Structured & fruit driven, crafted from Grenache, Syrah and a touch of Carignan grapes.
gl 9.75 btl 38 -
Domaine Puydeval 2006
This Vin de Pays D’oc features a blend of Cabernet Franc (60%), Syrah (30%) & Merlot (10%) grapes. Hints of black currants & oak on the nose are trailed by a polished body showing highlights of oak & raisiny dark fruit.

gl 9.5 btl 36 -
Château Larose-Trintaudon Haut-Médoc 2004
A well-structured wine from the Haut-Medoc (oh may-dawk) region. This Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) & Merlot (40%) blend shows aromas of cassis, licorice & spice. Bright fruit, integrated tannins & acidity with a long finish distinguish this wine.
gl 10.5 btl 39 -
Clos la Coutale Cahors 2007
(kloh lah koo-tahl kah-hor) From an old-style winery located between Bordeaux & Provençe. A blend of Malbec (80%) & Merlot (20%) grapes. A full-bodied wine with lush dark-fruit flavors on the front, held in check with solid tannins & a long, dry finish. Great with Steak au Poivre.

Château La Colombière Vinum 2005
