We do our best to honor table requests, but do to the unpredictable nature of other humans, we may have to seat you elsewhere.

Please cancel your reservation at least an hour and a half before your selected time. We take credit cards to secure each reservation. If you fail to alert us to a cancellation and fail to arrive for your reservation, we will charge the card on file $25 per guest.

Bouchon does not accept reservations for parties larger than six people.

We are pet friendly at Bouchon! If you plan on bringing a furry friend, please select an outdoor seating area and indicate your additional furry guest in your reservation notes.

Any seating labels “Bar” or “Upstairs Bar” is indeed a seat at the bar, not a table.

We allow a courtesy 15 minute grace period from your reservation time until we give away your table to another party. If you are running late, please give us a call at 828.350.1140.

There are a variety of parking options in the vicinity of Bouchon, including street parking and parking garages. However, parking in Downtown Asheville can often be a challenge. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Our patio tables are heated and enclosed during cold weather, but they are still outdoor seating. Please plan & dress accordingly.

If you would like to bring your own bottle of wine, our corkage fee is $32 per bottle.

Our upstairs dining area is up a flight of stairs. If you cannot ascend a staircase, please let us know when you make your reservation.
